Daisuke Ode, CEO of ASTRO GATE Inc., and Takafumi Okamoto, Manager of Business Development, conducted an entrepreneurship seminar in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The seminar, titled “Entrepreneurship Program – Space as Your Career”, was organized by the Kanazawa City Board of Education. It was open to a wide audience including students, local residents, and companies, with the goal of cultivating the next generation of talent for the space industry.
Mr. Okamoto, originally from Ishikawa Prefecture, shared numerous ideas for integrating local industries with the space sector—leveraging a hometown perspective. Mr. Ode spoke about his motivations for founding ASTRO GATE and discussed the company’s vision for advancing the space business.
The seminar was met with great enthusiasm, featuring a lively Q&A session and consultations from students seriously considering entrepreneurship in the space sector.
