ASTRO GATE Inc. (hereinafter ASTRO GATE) is pleased to announce its membership as a supporting member of the Space Port Japan Foundation (SPJ).
SPJ is an organization dedicated to establishing spaceports in Japan, creating business opportunities, facilitating information exchange and collaboration with related domestic and international corporations and organizations, disseminating information, and organizing workshops and events. Since its founding in 2018, SPJ has been actively engaged in initiatives primarily aimed at developing Japanese spaceports. Led by astronaut Naoko Yamazaki as Representative Director, SPJ includes diverse companies and organizations from sectors such as space transportation, construction, and insurance, as well as municipalities aiming to construct spaceports and promote the space industry.
ASTRO GATE is engaged in a range of activities, from planning to operating spaceports worldwide. Through mutual information exchange and collaboration, ASTRO GATE and SPJ will work together to further advance the development of spaceports.
