Infostellar and ASTRO GATE Forge Strategic Partnership for Spaceport Development and Ground Station Expansion

Tokyo, Japan – Infostellar Inc., a leading Ground Segment as a Service (GSaaS) provider for orbital satellites, and ASTRO GATE Inc., a pioneer in spaceport planning and operations, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on spaceport development and ground station deployment.

Under this MoU, ASTRO GATE will leverage its extensive expertise and global network in spaceport development to support Infostellar’s identification and evaluation of potential ground station sites. The two companies will work together to engage relevant government bodies and local authorities to secure strategic locations.

The ground stations will be designed to support Infostellar’s satellite communications services as well as ASTRO GATE’s rocket launch operations, providing flexible and scalable infrastructure solutions for a growing space economy.

This collaboration will enable Infostellar to accelerate the expansion of its ground station network, further optimizing satellite operations and connectivity. For ASTRO GATE, the partnership represents an opportunity to enhance its spaceport offerings through integrated communications infrastructure. Both companies aim to establish a complementary relationship and strategically advance global space infrastructure initiatives.
