ASTRO GATE Inc. (Headquartered :Tokyo, Japan) and Fire Arrow Ltd (Headquartered :the United Kingdom) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore the potential for collaboration in the development and operation of spaceports.
This MoU aims to accelerate the planning and development of spaceports in Japan, Europe, and across the globe. The two companies will engage in mutual cooperation, leveraging their respective expertise and resources.
Going forward, ASTRO GATE and Fire Arrow will explore collaboration in the following key areas:
- Exchange of information necessary for spaceport development and operation
- Consideration of rocket launches at spaceports in which each company is involved
This MoU is non-binding and does not constitute a legally enforceable agreement. It reflects a shared intent to explore cooperative opportunities, particularly related to initiatives utilizing spaceport infrastructure.
