Mr. Harada began his career at Nomura Research Institute, where he provided strategic consulting services across both public and private sectors. He specialized in space policy and business strategy, leading projects from initial planning and formation to final execution.
He has also contributed to the space industry through articles in specialized journals, speaking at conferences, and pro bono activities in industry associations, building a wide-reaching domestic and international network.
As a founding member of ASTRO GATE Inc., he initially joined as Co-Founder and Executive Advisor and became COO and CSO in December 2024. In April 2025, he was appointed CEO, where he leads key operations including business management, spaceport planning and development, rocket launch support, and international business development with governments and companies worldwide.
